People and teams at work are often struggling with issues they find difficult to resolve. I help them to unpack these and explore new possibilities and support the development of ideas and solutions. Through listening and asking questions, I challenge perceptions, helping to unlock creativity which gives people the confidence to overcome barriers and achieve far greater results than they first thought possible.

People Development

As a strengths-focused coach, I work with people to identify their core strengths at work. These are the areas where people feel engaged, motivated and passionate about what they do. Time flies and they leave work exhilarated and enthusiastic, rather than drained and disconnected from the job in hand.

I discovered my love of learning what makes people tick on my first Neuro Linguistic Progamming (NLP) practitioner programme in 1997 and since then I have had the pleasure of making it my life’s work. I love to see the ‘ah moment’ that people have whether it’s during a one-to-one executive coaching session or team development workshop. Having previously worked as a General Manager for 17 years in the hospitality industry, I know how hard it can be to manage, motivate, influence people; especially those that have different values and beliefs to yourself.

I truly believe that if we don’t invest in people at work, they may not be able to give their best to the business. It’s a false economy to not train and develop people. Yes, some may leave but what if they stay and you’ve not developed their potential… you will have lost out.
